01 - Place durian flesh, banana, coconut milk, water, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract (if using), and ice cubes in a blender container.
02 - Blend on high speed until completely smooth and creamy, approximately 1-2 minutes. If consistency is too thick, add additional water or coconut milk 1 tablespoon at a time until desired thickness is reached.
03 - Taste the smoothie and add more sweetener if needed. Blend briefly to incorporate any adjustments.
04 - Pour into two chilled glasses and serve right away while cold and frothy.
