Creamy Durian Smoothie (Printable)

# What You’ll Need:

01 - 1 cup ripe durian flesh, seeds removed (fresh or frozen)
02 - 1 medium ripe banana, peeled and sliced

→ Liquids

03 - 1 cup coconut milk (full-fat or light)
04 - ½ cup cold water, plus extra if needed

→ Sweetener & Add-Ins

05 - 1-2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup, to taste
06 - ½ teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
07 - 1 cup ice cubes

# How To Make:

01 - Place durian flesh, banana, coconut milk, water, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract (if using), and ice cubes in a blender container.
02 - Blend on high speed until completely smooth and creamy, approximately 1-2 minutes. If consistency is too thick, add additional water or coconut milk 1 tablespoon at a time until desired thickness is reached.
03 - Taste the smoothie and add more sweetener if needed. Blend briefly to incorporate any adjustments.
