# How To Make:

01 - Combine chicken strips with 1 tablespoon olive oil, lemon juice, oregano, cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix thoroughly and marinate for 10 minutes while preparing vegetables.
02 - Heat remaining 1 tablespoon olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat until shimmering.
03 - Add marinated chicken to the hot pan. Cook for 4–5 minutes, stirring frequently, until cooked through and lightly browned. Remove chicken and set aside on a plate.
04 - Return pan to heat. Add onion and bell peppers. Stir fry for 3 minutes until just tender and beginning to caramelize.
05 - Add zucchini and garlic to the pan. Continue stir frying for 2 minutes until zucchini is crisp-tender.
