01 - Pat the chicken pieces dry with paper towels. Season evenly with salt, pepper, and smoked paprika.
02 - Heat olive oil and 1 tablespoon butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat until butter foams.
03 - Add chicken in a single layer. Cook for 2-3 minutes undisturbed to develop golden crust, then flip and cook another 2-3 minutes until just cooked through.
04 - Add minced garlic and remaining 2 tablespoons butter. Sauté for 1 minute, stirring constantly, until fragrant and butter melts.
05 - Stir in fresh parsley, remove from heat immediately. Serve with additional parsley and lemon wedges if desired.
