# What You’ll Need:

01 - 2 cups plain Greek yogurt

→ Fruit

02 - 1 cup mixed fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)

→ Sweeteners

03 - 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup

→ Grains

04 - 1 cup granola

→ Optional Toppings

05 - 2 tablespoons chopped nuts (almonds or walnuts)
06 - 1 tablespoon chia seeds
07 - Zest of 1 lemon

# How To Make:

01 - Wash and gently pat dry all berries. Slice strawberries if using.
02 - In four clear glasses or jars, spoon 2 to 3 tablespoons of Greek yogurt into the bottom of each.
03 - Drizzle a little honey or maple syrup over the yogurt layer.
04 - Add a handful of mixed berries to each glass.
05 - Sprinkle 2 to 3 tablespoons of granola over the berries.
