# How To Make:

01 - Preheat oven to 350°F. Line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
02 - In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, and ginger until well blended.
03 - In a large bowl, whisk together melted butter, pumpkin puree, brown sugar, granulated sugar, egg yolk, and vanilla extract until smooth and combined.
04 - Gradually add dry ingredients to wet ingredients, stirring just until flour disappears. Do not overmix.
05 - Fold in chocolate chips until evenly distributed throughout dough.
06 - Using a tablespoon or cookie scoop, drop rounded balls of dough onto prepared baking sheets, spacing 2 inches apart.
07 - Bake for 11–13 minutes until edges are set and centers appear slightly underbaked.
08 - Let cookies cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to wire rack to cool completely.
